It is with great pleasure that we have a date for the next Exemplification of the Fourth Degree.  I thank FM Ed Hilt and his Assembly to be the host for this Exemplification.  We are trying our best to allow each Assembly to grow and put more life into your Assemblies and become STAR Award Assembly Members.  The information is as follows:

Sign in begins at 9:11am

Candidate Exemplification Charge: 10:11am

Exemplification begins: 10:47 am

The luncheon/Dinner will begin after the Exemplification!

 

Candidate fee:  $90.00

Priest fee paid by the Assembly!

All Candidates must be accompanied by a Fourth Degree member.

Dress code: Tuxedo and tuxedo kit or black, dark gray or navy suits.  White lay down collared shirt. Dark tie. Black socks and shoes either black or brown but no sandals, deck shoes or work boots please!

 

Make sure the candidate is not wearing a Council name badge or pins of any type.  They will be provided a Fourth Degree pin at the Exemplification along with the Social Baldric and Certificate.

 

A Guests dinner is still $65.00 per person.  Please send a list of the names of the guests with an Assembly check to SK Gary Seals.

This is a golden opportunity to reach your STAR Award status without jeopardizing the chance of being late for the next Exemplification.  The Exemplification Team is working overtime to help each Assembly to reach Star so don’t disappoint them or your Assembly!

 

Please, all I ask is for the Assembly to not sit on the Form-4s with an Assembly check to cover the Candidate fee till the last day by putting it in the mail on the deadline.  If you get a bunch, then send them into me ASAP.  It makes the Master’s job a lot easier then for me to do everything the last second!
